Job Description: We're currently seeking skilled Steel Erector Connectors to join our team. As a Connector, you'll play a crucial role in connecting and securing steel components during erection projects, contributing to the overall success and safety of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Connect steel components using bolts, rivets, welding, or other methods as required.
• Interpret construction drawings and erection plans to determine proper component placement.
• Ensure accurate alignment and fit of steel components before securing connections.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and execute erection tasks efficiently.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with rigging and lifting operations as needed to support erection activities.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Steel Erector or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in connecting steel components using bolts, rivets, welding, or other methods.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and erection plans.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor and work at heights.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Welding certification (preferred but not required).
