Requirements

- • Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in the steel erection industry.
- • Extensive knowledge of steel erection techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- • Strong leadership and communication skills.
- • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- • Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- • OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications (preferred but not required).

- Responsibilities:
- • Lead and supervise a team of steel erectors to ensure efficient project execution.
- • Coordinate with project managers to plan and schedule project activities.
- • Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide the erection process.
- • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- • Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- • Monitor progress and quality of work to meet project deadlines and standards.
- • Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- • Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to the job site.
- • Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
