Salary: $35 to $50HR / $700-$800WK Per Diem

Job Description: We're currently seeking a skilled and experienced Foremen and Supervisors to oversee our steel erection project in Texarkana, TX. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive knowledge of steel erection techniques, and a proven track record of effectively managing construction crews.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of steel erectors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers to plan and schedule project activities.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide the erection process.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Monitor progress and quality of work to meet project deadlines and standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to the job site.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in the steel erection industry.
• Extensive knowledge of steel erection techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications (preferred but not required).
